do your LO nap in daycare or with a sitter?

I feel like right now getting the babies to nap is an exact science.  I can do it ok... my DH can do it as well.  But today I had my mom come over so I can get some work done and she's watching them and so far no naps.  Should I just let it go and not worry about it?  One day without naps won't hurt them right?  Will they learn to nap when she puts them down?  I need to get stuff done but keep getting distracted hearing them cry or her playing with them.

    I think she needs to watch you do it and maybe they need to see her in the room with you when you are putting them down and then slowly transition them to her doing it.

    Mine will but it is rough when someone new does it at first.
