for god sake, I literally *JUST* celebrated not getting m/s at all during the pregnancy yesterday. Now I am clammy, nauseaus, and doing everything in my power not to throw up in my office.

Good luck trying to keep food in your stomach. Its easier said that done. First, you have to find something to eat that just the thought of doesn't make you queasy. Then, you have to actually eat it. Try scarfing down lots of crackers and drink a lot of water. Thats the only thing that got me through my month long m/s spell. If it gets real bad, try taking half a unisom and a B6, Imitrol (sp?) or eating ginger root candy. I didn't have to use any of these remedies, but my doctor gave them as suggestions and said if none of them work I'd be hospital bound.
and this is why I am getting puffy. If I keep eating, I am ok...I'm going through sleeves of saltines a day...hey, it helps. Sometimes I don't want to eat, but I force myself and then I feel better. GL hun, I hope you feel better soon!

hahaha.. "puffy" ... I am downright LARGE right now, but there is nothing I can do about that! My food rundown:
half a muffin, 100 cal pack of cheetos, frozen Kashi meal, saltines, sprite, 2 bottles of water, and a handful of jolly ranchers... DOWNRIGHT HEALTHY! NOT!

I'm so sorry. I haven't been puking yet, but I feel really nauseated and the physical act of eating seems to be the only thing that helps... so I understand! I'm trying to space out my meals and snacks so I don't go overboard.
