Heartbeat 8 weeks 4 days . .

Girls, I was able to hear the heartbeat today. I am so relieved!!! He said I am right on schedule!!! YAY!!

    So exciting! We just heard ours 2 weeks ago, and today we had our first ultrasound!  Glad everything is going well.  They say once you hear the heartbeat the risks go way down.

    That is awesome! Congrats :)

    Were you able to hear it on the doppler or did your OB do an u/s? My first appt. is on Thurs and I know they'll try w/ the doppler first but I'm almost positive they won't be able to hear it because of my tilted uterus (so I was told last pregnancy).

    CP 3/07
    BFP 5/07 - Kylie born 2/08.       BPF 2/09 - Alexandra born 10/09.
    TTC since 8/13 - diagnosed difficulty conceiving due to LP defect. Took vitamin B and Vitex Berry to help lengthen.
    BFP 2/14 - Missed M/C found at 8.5 weeks. D&C at 9w2d. Partial Molar Pregnancy.

    Thank you!! He told me that I wouldn't get my first ultrasound until Im around 20 weeks. But they used the doppler and had no trouble finding it!!Big Smile

    I just got back from my appointment (10 week) but she said we are not ready for a Doppler yet because the baby is too small still. I so wanted to hear it today too! Apparently I have to wait another month until my next appointment to hear the heartbeat. Oh well Sad

    Aw! Im sorry to hear that. Once you do get to hear itm its amazing! But it is so worth waiting for!!!

    Thats what my doctor said too. I was so excited I didnt catch everything he said, but I hear him say if you havent told ppl, you can tell them now. I mean, I know im still in the first trimester, but he seems pretty confident!! Im so EXCITED!
