Are you talking about the cake pan to bake a cake that's shaped like a giant cupcake? Wilton makes one that you can get at a craft store or online (https://www.amazon.com/Wilton-2105-5038-Giant-Cupcake-Pan/dp/B000UPRAXA). Williams-Sonoma also makes one -- it's slightly different from the Wilton one, but it's the same concept.
I got my Wilton one at Target on sale for $19.99. Definitely go to Michael's and get it, especially if you've got one of their good 40% off one item coupons.
And be prepared to get creative with your cupcake - I've made several and still haven't made a "perfect" cupcake, but they're getting close. I also use two cake mixes, it's the only way I've been able to get a good cupcake shape.
