I should cry more often

I had a (very rare) hormone induced crying session tonight. I was feeling sad after I posted about our maternity ward closing... all these memories of delivering DS were in my mind. But really, I am not sure WHY I actually started to cry. I just got the blues for a moment.

Conversation with DH while I am still crying.

DH: What is it? What's wrong?

Me: I don't know. I just feel sad.

DH: Is there anything I can do?

Me: No, I just feel sad. I'll be okay.

DH: Is it because we haven't agreed on a name for the baby?

Me: (pause.... this might be worth lying about) Um... Yes. A little.

DH: Okay. Well, we'll use whatever you like.

Me: Okay. Thanks, baby. I feel better now.

Seriously, me too! It's like I don't have the time to cry now. If I'm sad or frustrated I just have to get over it and move on with everything I have to do. Having a kid really toughens you up!

Speaking of crying.. watching the Today Show on Tuesday morning had me with tears streaming down my face, sobbing out loud - the Christian the Lion reunion video. omg.. kills me every time.

LOL. That was a little evil. But worth it. A week ago, DH did something and I started laughing hysterically. I couldn't stop and he didnt know what was going on. 10 seconds later, I started crying uncontrollably. It freaked him out, a lot.

Men are so gullible. I love it.

The only time I've cried during this entire pregnancy was during a car commercial I was watching at the gym. I got so excited because the guy got to go so fast in his car. So there I am crying on the Stairmaster and everyone is turning around to watch me sniffle and wipe snot off my nose. Needless to say, I'm the "crazy girl" in the building now.
