SO's birthday in the custody order?

 BM mentioned today that when her and DH get their new custody agreement that she wants to have the kids on her FI birthday. When deciding on a holiday schedule for DS I never thought about asking for DH's birthday. Does anyone else have this in their custody agreement?

    bioparents' birthdays are usually in the order...stepparents could also be written in if it was agreeable to everyone I suppose...but usually that'd be the kind of thing that wouldn't be ordered but would just be agreed upon as it comes up.

    We have the BM and DH birthday is in the CO. I'm not there cause we weren't married when the CO was written up. The CO just states that both kids will be with BM for 2 hours if it is not already her day and vice versa for DH.
