  That is my name, so naturally I like the spelling Leah best. But, to be honest, 95% of the time I have to correct people because they think it's pronounced LEE. UGH! So annoying! So maybe you will have more luck with Lia! If it wasn't my name I would spell it Leia and pronounce it Lay-ah.

  Leah is my favorite name ever but my cousin has that name..so it's out. We're really close so even thinking about the name is out.

  Lia is a fine spelling..not weird to me at all. I prefer Leah though it just looks more finished to me.

  I love the sound, but I much prefer the Leah spelling. As the PP said, Lia does sound like a nn for something longer...
