You sound like me. I wanted to get up to go to the gym this a.m. to do the elliptical and could not do it. I just don't have the energy to exercise right now. We have a tread in the basement and I couldn't even get myself up to walk on it. I know Gabriel Reese is supposed to have a pretty good yoga or pilates dvd out. I keep meaning to google it.....
I have the Prenatal Yoga DVD by Shiva Rea, and I really like it. It came highly recommended to me by my Yoga teacher. It's definitely not as fun or challenging as an in-person class, but it does its job.
I did my non-maternity Gaiam cardio pilates DVD and Denise Austin yoga/pilates DVDs until I was uncomfortable doing many of the moves. I also bought Erin O'Brien's pre-natal DVD; it didn't seem particularly difficult at the time, but I was sore for days afterwards.
