I'm still mad (NIP related)

The more I think about it, the more irritated I get. How dare she sit and make faces at me for feeding my kid? I even had a blanket over Lili (uh.. until Lili threw it off and flashed her my DDs), so what did she have to complain about?

I hope I see her again at the park today. I'll nurse without the blanket and try to sit right next to her.

    Kel, I think what GRK is trying to say is that yes, it sucks that she had that reaction to your NIP and made her feelings quite obvious, as difficult as it is sometimes, you really can't take it to heart.  You're not being obscene, nor are you being inappropriate.  You are feeding your child.  That other woman (and anyone else) can just suck it. 

    (But not yours, because that would definitely be inappropriate.)

    (cause what if?? she had a masectomy and couldn't bf and was sad? or was a vampire and was trying not to eat you??? seriously what iff?????)

    Oh, I know that she wasn't being biitchy or anything. I was just trying to be funny :O)

    IVF or adoption??

    Oh BB. You always cause me to stop and ponder. She did not look sad, though, I can tell you that much. She looked pretty disgusted. And the fact that she got up and left immediately after being flashed, that kind of reaffirms my beliefs. 

    But man, I did not think about the vampire issue. I'm so heartless!

    as a fellow nurser, I don't appreciate her reaction but I also have to remember that everyone isn't comfortable with nursing.  They don't have to be, that's their right. 

     **edit: please don't think that I in any way think the way she behaved was appropriate or right.  She could have handled it like a grown up and looked away or excused herself without the 5 yr old faces**
