I lost my voice....

I can't talk, whick is not needed here, but I came to work anyway.

I have a sign at my desk letting them know this, I hope people are not so oblivious to it. This has never happened to me before. I have throat lozenges and hopefully it helps, but I have so much sinus pressure.

I feel miserable. Sad
