it's more like the mommy crack machine. We bought one today and DD and I were "testing" it out in my room. We fell asleep for 4 hours!! I usually don't let her fall asleep in our bed, but like I said we were just "testing" it out. DH said he didn't have the the heart to wake us up.

Yeah, I am pretty sure it works as well on me as it does on DD.

It has worked wonders for me! I'm able to fall asleep right after putting DS down. It used to take me 20-30 minutes to fall back to sleep after feedings.
