Why can I not find a spring jacket??

Ugh! I looked in Target today...not one jacket! Plenty of swimsuits though....

I am looking online at Old Navy, Gap, Express, Forever 21, etc etc etc and can't find one jacket!! And the ones I find are not in stock!! Seriously?? Its only March! :(

    When I saw the title of your post I was going to suggest Target, but I see you've already tried there.  My Target just (within the last week or so) put out their lightweight jackets.  Maybe they'll be there soon!  I bought him a khaki colored one by Osh Kosh from there.  GL!
