yeah I don't even want to go up to a faster nipple because DD already drinks out of a bottle so fast. I just wanted to see if rice cereal would keep her fuller for more than 2 hours. I just tried to spoon feed her but she is too upset tonight to try that!  Maybe I will try 4 oz with slightly less than a tbs and see what happens.

    Try new foods in the morning, that way you have the day to watch for reactions!

    IMO cereal does not change a thing. With my first she ate every 2 hours for months with less volume and did not STTN till 7m when I forced the issue and cereal did not make a difference.

    This baby goes longer between feedings and takes more at each feeding. But she STTN 9pm-8am on her own.

    Thanks JAR.  So why are you trying rice cereal now or were you referring to your first daughter when you responded to my initial question?  Someone else mentioned the morning thing too.... I gave her a tiny bit tonight but nothing more than a fingerful. I will try in the morning just to see her reaction.
