    Either it's mostly fore-milk, or you need to be eating more high-calorie foods (like carbs).

    WHen you first start pumping that is normal.

    Does it look like that after 15 min.?

    Do you have a fever?  When I had a 104 degree fever, my milk looked like pure water too.  I read somewhere that if you body temperature is high, it makes less fatty milk because it thinks that the baby will be hot too, aka really thirsty.

    I'm half asleep pumping so that might not make any sense but my point is both times I had a fever, it looked like I got nothing foremilk.  It was VERY watery.
