Anybody have a stomach bug? (TMI)

I just talked to my doctor because I was getting bad cramps and lower back pain, then I got diarrhea and made the cramps even worse.

She told me she thinks I ate something that didn't agree with me, or I have a stomach bug. Whatever it is it's awful and I really hope it stops soon

    Everyone around here is sick.  Vomiting and diarrhea.

    I think I have food poisoning.  I drove all the way to work today, threw up in the bathroom, and promptly drove back home.  It was gross.  The vomit came out of my nose too.  This afternoon I was starving so I ate 2 oranges, only to throw them up a little later.  It sucks.

    I had the exact same thing yesterday, minus the lower back pain. I had terrible diarrhea and cramps all day. My dr. said the same thing yours did, but I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary. He told me to stick to a bland diet for 24 hours. Today I have a little gas, but thank goodness the cramping has stopped.

    It was pretty bad pain. I couldn't even walk. I've never had that kind of pain with a stomach bug before, so I'm still not 100% convinced it was that.
