Nice! A coworker of mine was talking about the Neti Pot earlier today. It worked great for her. So far, I haven't taken any drugs for my nose, but if my sinus's get real bad I plan to use the Neti Pot.

I can't click on your blog at work, but I'm assuming you use a Neti pot? Those things are the best. I use mine twice a day, and without it I really couldn't breathe.

I recently got the squeeze bottle thing made by the same people (I think it's the Neti Med something or other). It works even better -- you don't have to hold your head at such an awkward angle.
