Whats the difference and how can you tell?

Re: MP vs snail trail...

  • I think it's one of those situations where you just know...

  • Usually the snail trail is not as "globby". (that's the only word I could think of to describe it). The MP is more like a really small jellyfish...

Ladies correct me if I'm wrong.

  • I still have no idea. I asked my dr about it and she said to not even think about it and that it is so easy to miss.
  • TMI but for me the snail trail is a lot wetter. MP is more tacky and clumpy....
  • I think SBLAY has a photo of a MP somewhere if you really want to know. Ick!

My snail trail is very liquidy and has no defined form. A mucous plug is like a blob of something with a defined shape (think Slimer from Ghostbusters).

  • You will know, trust me.  I just lost mine.  It is a big glob, mine was huge, the size of a silver dollar.

  • It was super sticky, I felt something very sticky and very warm in my underwear so when I went and looked that is what it was.  It was also a lot more solid than snail trail, if that makes sense.  It was more dense.
