Yesterday I took my first ever pilates class. Today I am in that good sort of pain you get from working out. I am feeling muscles in areas I did not know had muscles.
Am I the only one who always feels skinnier the day after a good work out when your muscles are tight from the workout? I am even wearing a dress in honor of the feeling!

i used to loooove pilates! the feeling the next day is amazing!
i used to love spinning too! i used to do it twice a week...
now that i see this..."used" has officially hit my vocabulary and i need to start getting arse in gear!
i totally felt the same way the day after i started my diet/ exercise in January. I felt instantly thinner, probably cause the nasty bloat from eating bad and being lazy was gone! :-)
