I'm assuming you mean and LC. I paid 150 for the first visit and 70 for a follow up visit. She also answered any questions I had over the phone in between. My insurance ended up covering the cost but it was definitely worth the money to see an LC.
hmm i think our LC cost was 90.00 for an in home visit- she was here for about two hours- all of my phone calls are free after the visits- and there was a reduced $ for repeat visits.
she went over holds, looked into DD's mouth to check her anatomy, weighed her before feeding, watched her latched, watched her suck, weighed after feeding etc.
I think it was about $50 for the first visit and then about $20-$30 for follow ups. I went to the lactation center at the birthing center where I had her
Because it was through the clinic I was able to use the?flexible?spending account we have with our insurance. But I've also heard of other people's insurance covering the cost. SO it would be worth it to look into that.
Lastly... It has been worth EVERY penny! ?
