Toys R Us Return policy?

We have a BUNCH of duplicate birthday gifts with no gift receipts.  If I take them to Toys R Us will they give me store credit?

    I've never had a problem returning anything there, even open items.

    You can try but policy is you must have proof of purchase, ei. Gift receipt, Phone number of the person who purchased it(They can look up purchases that way), credit card, ect.

    Sorry, but I've never had anything BUT problems. Which is weird, because BRU has been great with returns. And I've had girls at the service desk at TRU tell me to go to BRU and I wouldn't have a problem.
