What's the best thing to put over the crib sheet for protection?

I'm hearing a lot about ultimate crib sheets.... are they safe?  They stay put and don't move around if the baby wiggles?

    I've been using the UCS since DD#1. Love them, and yes, they are safe. They attach to your crib.

    There are a lot of snaps which secure the sheet. you snap around the crb slats.

    We use regular crib sheets from PBK that matches our bedding.  Under the crib sheet is a waterproof matress pad and under that is another crib sheet and waterproof matress pad.  Her bed is usually always made so I can just pull off a crib sheet and waterproof matress pad incase of a diaper leak, major spit up, etc.  They never want to come off and she moves around a lot now!
