Stroller Strides?

Have any of you done Stroller Strides or a similar fitness class?  I need to (a) get out of the house a little more and (b) get back in shape!

    I started StrollerFit in NW Houston in January.  I love it!  It's been great for meeting a new group of moms and I feel great.  Let me know if you have any questions!

    The NW stroller strides also has a playgroup on Thursdays. I admit that my lazy self has been going to playgroup with them for well over a year and never ever tried a class - but they are really nice women!

    You need to come join Kelley and me.  Our play dates are on Wednesdays.  Wink  There is also a woman with 18 month old twins.
