  Used panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese to bread chicken breasts the other night. Just make sure to use the 'release' foil, because it really sticks. I topped the chicken w/ marinara sauce and cheese, to make it like chicken parm.

  There is a recipe in my blog for just that. ?Actually I just started my blog and there are only 2 recipes so far. ?Check it out. ?They were good and super easy.

  dip in egg and coat in crushed up dorito chips.. the recipe is in my blog.. its really good!! HTH

  Dorito Chicken

  1 Egg + 1 T water
  2 Tb. ranch dressing (I added this to give it more flavor)
  2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  4 cup crushed baked Doritos - I put them in them in a ziplock bagging and crush them
  Spray a baking pan with pam
  Preheat oven to 350
  
  Dip chicken in Egg wash and coat in Doritos
  
  Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
