My back hurts under my shoulder blades also and ontop of my shoulders. i always thought it was because my boobs are huge and weighing me down and making my back hurt. I just have my husband massage my back everynight before we go to bed to relieve some pain
All of my back pain is in my lower back. That's because the baby's head is sitting on my tailbone and on my sciatic nerve - which blows. ?It hurts like hell!!!
My back just aches under my shoulder blades; where my bra strap is. Anyone eles? I get this so bad and dont know how to relieve it!
That's where mine has been hurting as well. At first I thought it was being caused by my bra so I went and bought a whole bunch of different ones. But then I realized even if I didn't wear one, it was still there. It's a very sharp pain and usually the only way I can relieve it is by laying down. The doc had me do an ultrasound to look at my gallbladder and kidneys and everything came out fine. I guess it's just baby squishing my innerds or something like that. That's my theory anyway.

Mine just burns all over. Ugh. And I've sat in bed working on the computer all day. So it's not even like I've been walking around or anything. Crappy.
Mine is definitely my lower back when I walk a lot and am very active during the day.
Whenever I have the shoulder pain similar to what you're describing, it's usually very painful and like a sharp, pinching pain....I relate that to stress.

Right under shoulder blades. Sometimes if kind of feels like a pinched nerve and no matter how much heat I put on it, it won?t go away.

Mine hurts by my hips, guess it's called phyatica/syatica (sp?).
I hope I don't get the other pain too... when I get further along.
