would you consider 9:30-4 STTN?

If so, then we had success last night!  I just wish he would sleep a little bit later.  One step at a time, right?  Smile

Re: would you consider 9:30-4 STTN?

  • I know it technically means STTN, but to me, if I have to get up before it's time to, it's not STTN.

Don't get me wrong, I'd kill for a long stretch like that.

  • DS sleeps the same length, wakes up at 4:30-5 to eat, then goes back to sleep until 8ish. I definitely consider that STTN. Does he go back to sleep or is he up for the day?

  • He's usually up for an hour or two, but by that time it's time for me to start getting ready for work.  It's much better than getting up every two hours!

DD dropped her 11 pm feeding first, so she'd sleep from 7 pm - 3 am, feed then sleep until 7 am. About 2-3 weeks later, she also dropped her 3 am feeding, so hopefully the same will happen for you and that 4 am feeding will be dropped shortly. Enjoy the extra sleep, it's fabulous!
