they showed a girl who lost "55 lbs in 4 weeks!" Looks like she was maybe 130 to begin with! ugh I hate daytime tv commercials..

 

stupid unrealistic expectations on Tv...where are the REAL people?

    Plus, the only way to keep it off is to loose it slow.  Change your lifestyle and alow your body to get used to the new lower weight monthy.  Crash diets and pills just make people fat in the long run.
