PP bleeding question (tmi if you're sensitive)

I'm 2.5 weeks PP, and my bleeding has been light, but steady, and sometimes brownish-red with some bright red mixed in there.  Three days PP I passed a very large clot (called the midwife and after a slew of questions, she determined it was not a big deal).

 So here's my issue: yesterday I was on my feet a lot, and in the afternoon I started feeling lots of pressure in my labia, like throbbing, but without letting up at all, just constant pressure. The only way to make it go away was to sit down. Then last night I passed a medium sized clot.

Has anyone else had clots this long after delivery? I know it's pretty normal in the days immediately after, but I didn't expect them this far after. Also, what do you make of the throbbing/pressure in my labia? It's a terrible feeling! Any help/suggestions are appreciated.

Yes, I already googled and didn't find anything helpful.

    If you're passing clots larger then a lemon, you should call back your midwife or OB.  Its not a normal thing.

    I was heavily bleeding for the 2 days in the hospital, and maybe my 3rd day pp at home but it got lighter (like my heavy periods i used to have) for the next week or so.  Then lighter until week 5.

    I would say I passed small clots for 2-3 weeks pp (and bled for 6-7).  You can always all your ob.

    I didn't pass any clots until 2.5 weeks PP.  And yes, the pain is normal.  There is still alot of swelling in that area for a few more weeks.
