Fenugreek?

Anyone taken this for milk supply? How much did you take? The bottle I got is 610 mg per capsule and that seems like alot. TIA!

    Well the bottles says that if you are just using it as an herbal supplement. It's not really "lactation" directions. I think almost everyone on here who takes it does 9 a day.

    Mine are also 610. I think less than 6 and people don't seem to notice much difference, but you can always start with fewer and see if you respond. It took me nearly two weeks to see a little increase so it may take a little while for you as well. It's not always immediate I guess.

    Mine are 610mg too and i'm taking 3, 3 times a day too. ?I've been taking them for about a week and a half, but haven't seen much of an increase yet.
