I did. ?I had a miscarriage before DS. ?Mine was pretty painless. ?I went under general?anesthesia, it was a short procedure and I went home shortly after. ?I had to wear a pad for a few days for light bleeding. ?I took Vicodin for a couple days for the cramping pain. ?Good luck! ?Hope it all goes well.
I had to have an emergency one 2 week?s pp. My bleeding had gone down to nothing and all of a sudden I started hemorrhaging blood. It wouldn't stop so DH rushed me to the ER only to find that there was still part of the placenta attached to my uterus.
It wasn't a bad procedure at all and the bleeding stopped right away. I think I wore a pad for a day or two then it was back to normal. I was still sore from my delivery, but there wasn't any added pain from the D and C.
I had the same thing happen to me and had a D and C at 10 weeks pp. The procedure itself is totally painless. I didn't have any follow up pain, but they said that it might cause mild cramping. I still bled for almost another week, but it got progressively lighter every day. Good luck!

Also, I don't know if you are breastfeeding, but they failed to tell me ahead of time that I wasn't going to be able to BF for 24 hours after the surgery due to the general anesthesia. Luckily, I had freezer bags of BM available.
