  Technically, when they start to toddle!  I guess most people consider it to be at 1 year though.

  Yup, when they start to 'toddle'. Though, I have a hard time calling my 10mth old 17lb wearing size 3-6mths DS a toddler.

  yeah, walking, eating all table foods, etc = no longer an infant.

  sorry going by the regs for daycare....they consider baby's younger than 15mons..still infants, over 15 mons is a toddler.

  Oh no! DS doesn't go to daycare, how will I ever know when he becomes a toddler?
