Why does it seem like LO...

...always fights sleep? He gets to the point of being overtired, but still fights and then he gets so fussy.I will have him almost asleep and ready to put him down and he becomes totally alert and looking around and then the cylce repeats. Any suggestions?

    I've got that same problem.  It's horrible at night when she wakes up for a feeding.  When I'm holding her she's out cold...and the second I put her down her eyes pop open.  We're up for at least 30 mins after every feeding trying to get her to go back to sleep.

    Same here, except DS cries on and off while we are trying to get him to fall asleep.  I was actually going to post that he finally fell asleep for a nap without crying for once.  It was sooooo nice.

    Glad I am not alone in this!!! He slept from 9pm till 2 am which is great for him, but then he was up till 4am. I finally gave up and swaddled him and put him in the swing, which is where he stayed till 8am. I feel like this is a bad habit though, I don't know, but kept me sane!!!
