Mashed potato link?

The other day there was a discussion about what people put in their mashed potatoes. ?Some of the ideas looked really good! ?

I should've saved when I saw it, but didn't. ?Anyone have the link? ?I looked back 18 pages but probably skipped right over it! ?

    lol, MW is trying to make me famous for these:

    Mashed Potato Casserole
    8-10 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked
    1 pkg cream cheese, softened
    1 stick butter, softened
    8 oz sour cream
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper


    Cook the potatoes (I boil and drain). Put all ingredients into your KA mixer (or bowl with hand mixer) and mix until fully blended and creamy. Spread into a 9x18 greased baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes. I like to put shredded cheese & chopped bacon on top as a special treat for when DH is a good boy :) These also re-heat for amazing leftovers.
