Vaccines Poll

I've been reading a lot of posts lately about vaccines and it seems that a lot of us are following a traditional schedule. With all the hype lately about alternate schedules, autism, etc,. I guess I'm a little surprised. What have you done:[Poll]

  • fyi, it came out that the doc who had done the "studies" linking autism and vaccines had skewed the results.  and technically, the "studies" were very sketchy to begin with.

Yep.  I don't think there's much evidence saying that a delayed schedule is safer either.  I think a lot of that is just based on conjecture.

  • I saw those reults too - I wasn't really convinced in the first place. I choose to follow a traditional schedule - I trust my docs advice that it's the best course for my ds.
  • There are lots of reasons to deny or delay but autism is not really one of them.
  • We follow the traditional. I dont think my dr would do something to intentionally hurt my child. They help people
