Not sure how you usually cook yours but my easy and tastey recipe for pork chops is to sprinkle them with lemon pepper and then cover with BBQ sauce and put them in the oven, I use thin bonless chops so I cooke them at 350* for 20-25 minutes.
I make them how my mom does. I put them in a tupperware bowl, pour some extra virgin olive oil over them (about 4-6 tablespoons full) put some minced garlic in (about 1 tbsp, but you can use garlic powder) a little salt & pepper, a few shakes of oregano and parsley and a pinch of dill weed. I shake it up and let it sit all day in the fridge (some days only a couple hours if I'm our running errands & I forget)....when I'm ready to cook them I bake on 400 for 15 minutes then flip them and bake for another 400 then I cut in to see if they are done or if I need to cook longer.
You don't have to marinate them if you don't have time, you can just shake them up & let them be for about 10 min. in the bowl before cooking, I just find they're a little more tender the longer they marinate. It's the only pork chop recipe I have :-)

I also like these; I usually serve them w/egg noddles
San Fran Pork Chops
pork chops
oil (to brown chops w/; I don't measure/I eyeball it)
1/4 c beef broth
2 TBSP brown sugar
1/4 c soy sauce
1 clove garlic
2 TBSP water
2 tsp corn startch
Heat about oil ina skillet and brown the pork chops. In a bowl combine the broth, soy, garlic and brown sugar. Pour over the chops. Cover and simmer for 20-25 mins; sometimes you have to add a little more water as it cooks to make sure the liquid doesn't cook down too much. Once chops are done, remove from pan. Mix the water and corn startch together and add to pan. Cook until thickened. Pour over chops/noodles.
I use the low sodium soy sauce; you may have to reduce the amnt if you use regular
