my dd has been needing a nap every 2-3 hours recently also.

Yep! Like clockwork. The longest he can make it between naps (awake time) is 3 hours without a complete meltdown.... He usually goes down 2 hours after he wakes, though.

Alaina was like that forEVER. She finally increased to 3hrs at 8mos old.

My DS has an AM nap after 2 hours and an afternoon nap 3 hours later. Sometimes he can make it about 4 hours until bedtime, sometimes he needs a nap in the evening.

She goes down about 2 hrs. after she wakes up in the morning, but after that it's about every 3 hrs.

2-3 hours and it works out great! He does sleep well, these days, but we used to have big issues if we werent home, Now he naps in the stroller, car, whatever. Thank goodness!

At 5 months yes, every 2 hours. I would guess it was around 7 or 8 months when he could go 3 hours, now we're getting about 4 hours between his AM & PM nap.
