I work weekends and never actually see my manager or assistant nurse manager. I'm wondering how to tell my boss I'm pregnant. Is a phone call weird? What if I get his VM, do I leave a message? I don't wanna go in on my day off, but want to make sure I handle this the right way....any suggestions? TIA

i would do it in person just to show him you are sincere about whatever you are going to be saying to him

I would go in and tell you manager in person. You won't be there very long, and it would be more professional than leaving a message if you get voice mail.
