Broiling is good, we use the foreman a lot - just season it first and don't overcook it, or you can cook it in a frying pan. If you use the fry pan, cook it with some butter and garlic salt...yum!

I like to get my cast iron skillet really hot, add a little butter and olive oil then toss the steaks on to get a nice sear on both sides. I season with just S&P. Then finish in a 350 degree oven to the doneness of your liking.
I would season it, and wrap it in foil... Bake it on 400*- until done. (Depends on how big it is for time).... This is how I usually cook it and the foil keeps all of the juices and seasonings in it!
Re: How do I cook steak without a grill?
I read that on google, my problem? I don't have a cast iron skillet! LOL.
We just now got a can opener...we suck.
Thanks! I will experiment with Georgie boy.
