Weird Diaper Experience - anyone else?!

I take Paige to my Mom and Dad Mon-Thurs while I work.  She wears a night time diaper and then I change her right before we leave the house.  It is a 20 minute car ride to meet my parents.  We meet 1/2 way and then they take her to their house while I go to work.  Anyway, when putting her in the car this morning when we met I thought "Her diaper is really full!" (VERY UNUSUAL FOR PAIGE!)  She can normally go from 8-12 without being changed.  So I told Mom she might want to check her.  Well, by the time they got home - she was SOAKED!  She is now in her pj's because that is all they have there for her to wear - thankfully they had those!  But is it possible she was dry this morning when she woke up and then just let it all go this morning?!  That has never happened before but I didn't really pay attention when I changed her either.  Or do you think the diaper just failed?!  Anyone else ever have this happen?!

    This has happened to Logan. I think it could just be a faulty diaper. I changed him one day then went to Target which is blocks from our house. I picked him up and his diaper was spilt from front to back. I thought how on earth? That was also the day he pooped out of his diaper in Target all over the shopping cart. Dang antibiotics.

    That's happened a few times to us, but mostly flukes.  The other times were when she was not outgrowing her diaps by size, but by volume they could absorb.  If it keeps happening, I'd try moving her up to the next size diaper, even if the "size/weight" on the box isn't exactly right, the bigger sizes absorb more (and the sizes cross over in weight size), and that might be right for her now, cause lord knows the amount they can pee/poo only gets exponentially BIGGER! lol

    LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!  SO TRUE!  I will try again - this has never happened - I wonder if I was still 1/2 asleep and put it on crooked or something?!  WEIRD!
