  If I were a "jogger" then I would get a BOB or a MBUS - both of those are great for jogging/running. I think it's worth the money if you'll use it that way.

  I'm not a jogger. I'm a walker, so I don't need a jogging stroller.?

  i LOVE my BOB stroller.  I have the revolution.  I live in an hilly area and the stroller just glides.  It works great in the snow and doesn't get stuck like a regular stroller would.  I have the infant attachment for the carseat so I don't jog with it yet, but when it gets warmer out, I'll take the attachment off and jog more

  In a word yes, I really like mine. Granted, I paid $320 because I happened to hit the BOB sale.

   The only thing I don't like about it is when I fold it to get it in the trunk there is no way to get it in there without getting the dirt from the tires on me. This is because it is (relatively) bulky and the wheels are big.

  My advice is to look for a used jogging stroller. Look in the classifieds or online. We ended up getting DH a jogger, its an In Step that retails for about 150. It can have the front wheel locked or able to turn. Its in great shape and I got it for $40. The people just didn't need it anymore. It could save you a ton of money and really, a used stroller probably hasn't been used for that long, if you really think about it.
