Hi Ladies!
We're working on a story right now for the Houston edition of The Bump magazine and are looking for some insider tips on the most baby-friendly places (shops, restaurants, etc.) in the Houston area. If you know of any and would like to share them, please post your suggestions below! Be sure to include the name of the place you're recommending, along with it's address/general location.
TIA,
Kaitlin
Re: Know any baby-friendly places in Houston?
So Tasty, So Yummy
i second this request.
LOL, PAGAS - when i saw your sn to the right of this post under "last reply", i had a feeling what the reply was!
Most definitely the Tot Spot at the Children's Museum. (which is almost done being massive expanded). On Binz. St.
Also the entire Hermann Park/Zoo/Museum district (all walking distance of each other). You can play in the park, ride the train, visit the Butterfly exhibit, and go to the zoo...all in a day (if you're very ambitious--LOL).
Another insider tip is the entire Rice Village shopping district, aka "Baby Row". There are several baby boutiques (Purple Mango, Nest & Cot, Doodles), a toy store (Learning Express), and the beloved "A Woman's Work" (breastfeeding supplies/support store) all within short walking distance of one another. Lots of baby friendly restaurants in that area as well. (Rice Blvd)
