another spotting Question?

So I know CD 1 is when you see " Red" but i've been spotting brown since sunday and today when I wiped there was red blood. Not a whole lot, almost looked pink i guess, but was obviously new blood.  Is the CD 1 for me? or do I wait for ALOT of dark red?  Just trying to get it right!

    CD1=full red flow, where you need a tampon/pad

    I'd guess today is day CD1, its usually whatevers tampon/pad worthy but only you know your body. For me, red spotting usually leads to red flow by the end of the day!

    It depends - are you still spotting or is there enough to warrant using a tampon/pad?

    If it's still occasional spotting, I would not count it as CD 1. If it's consistent and you need to wear a tampon/pad, then I'd say it's CD 1.

    After a few cycles you'll notice what should be CD1 for you. Like my CD 1 isn't red flow, it's brown flow that requires pads/tampons. Red flow for me doesn't show up until CD2

     Same for me. wait until the end of the day and decide.
