It's the weirdest thing but my yellow lab is scared of DS. She's fine around older babies and kids. Maybe it's because he still startles and she's never sure where his hands and feet are going to go? I sure hope she gets over it soon.
He doesn't seem to be scared of her, but he's certainly been affected by her arrival.
He's lost a lot of wieght, and for awhile was acting very depressed and down. I was hoping he'd adjust but so far that hasn't?happened. Recently he's become sort of?neurotic. He paces back and forth all day, and has even worn a path in the grass. Also he barks non stop for no reason. The vet actually?prescribed?Xanax for him the other day!?

My BIL's blue heeler is very afraid of DS. Its kind of funny, because she will sneak up trying to get a look, but as soon as DS moves she takes off. Our dog just likes licking DS's feet. No one elses feet or any other part of DS, just his feet lol.
Dx Breast Cancer 4/2012

I wouldn't say he is scared of her but he is somewhat tentative around her. He wants to sniff and lick her but when she cries he either goes away or comes over to make sure she is ok....
