Anyone Try To get Free Personalized M&Ms?

I saw a coupon with the Sunday Paper for a free bag of personalized m&ms and thought it would be great for my nephews birthday. I checked out and used the promo code bday28 and it still charged me. The customer service line isn't open until Monday. I just hope they don't charge me full price. It is like 17 dollars a bag!
