Why does food have to be such a difficult subject?

its 9pm where i am. i have eaten 2 slices of a tombstone pizza today and mashed potatoes. FI is at work for about another half hour. we discussed dinner and its ALWAYS the same thing "i dont care, what do you want" back and forth until it becomes a fight. haha. i have to go grocery shopping and just dread it, i have been busy and we only have one car right now.. and so there is NOTHING here!!! i have no idea where i want to eat, as it will be almost 10pm when we get to go. damnit! so diffcult.. any ideas :)??

Re: Why does food have to be such a difficult subject?

  • no ideas for tonight but that was a common arguement in my house. After the second baby and working full time i got sick of it! What a waste of both of our time! I make a menu with DH once  a week, shop for he ingrdients and make that stuff! Sometimes I really don't feel like eating it but it is nice to have go-to meals in those situations. Also, I learned to just make the discision myself and he has to eat what i want! the way it should be.

  • Thats all you've eaten today?!  I would be starving and not care where we ate, as long as there would be food there.
  • For this entire week at 8pm I get heart burn/insigestion despite NOT eating.  It is so annoying.  All I want to do is throw up and hope it clears up.
