  Wanabe on the OC boards had a super cute tutu for her DD's 1st bday.  You could try paging her and seeing where she got hers from.

  The one in the picture is a real pettiskirt, and those are expensive. They have a ton of fabric in them, hence the high cost.?

  ?Tutu's are much cheaper, and can be really cute too. I would try etsy for either. GL!?

  Pettiskirts are definitely more $$$- but there are some fabulous tutus on Etsy!  I bought one for K from this shop:

  Tutus are ridiculously easy to make.  I'd just head to a fabric store and buy the color/s you want and make your own.

  I got one for $40 at https://www.pettiskirtstyle.com   It is a baby size. I got lavender. came with a gorgeous ribbon tie cloth bag for free..to store it in.

  And the bigger ones for bigger girls are only $59 . Truly a great product. Would not pay $70 or $90

   

  Diff between a tut and a pettiskirt is HUGE. The pettiskirts are made of silky soft fluffy stuff...I think it is chiffon

  Tutus are scratchy stiff.
