  I hope this doesn't sound offensive... but what about me?

  I pay my bills every month and we put over 20% down.. so I pretty get nothing for being responsible. Sure, my house has lost value since we bought it just 5 months ago, but I still don't fall into any of those categories.. blah!

  I know....we don't either.  I guess I'm just glad that something is being done to help.  I know too many people being affected, some that I NEVER thought would.  I just feel blessed that I don't fit into one of those categories!
