Tap water?

Assuming you have good water in your area when do you plan on transferring over to tap water for bottles? ?I asked a colleague today and he said he did it at 6 months? ?I just feel like always using bottled water for DD is a waste of money and boiling the water is a PITA.?

DD has had tap water since birth and I've never boiled it or anything.

We've always used filtered water from the fridge. I would use the tap water.

We've always used filtered water from the fridge. I would use the tap water. Or you could get a Brita water pitcher or a filter for the tap.

She has been on formula since 6 months and I always use tap...you can buy a filter, its cheaper in the long run...plastic bottles are bad for the environment too!

We use the Brita cooler to filter our water. Chicago city water tastes like chlorine. DD gets filtered water in her sippy.

Just a PSA... if you are not giving your child regular tap water you should ask your pedi about flouride supplements. Even a water filter can remove the flouride.
