How often do you clean DCs toys?

I was just cleaning my house while DD was napping and realized there were a few toys I haven't cleaned since she got them and they were looking a little gross. How often do you clean your DC's toys? DD has a million little toys that she chews on and would take forever to clean everything. No other babies are ever here playing with her toys. Do I need to clean often? I usually wipe down her jumperoo and tables weekly but wasn't sure about the smaller ones

Also she has a puppy that she sleeps with (chews on when she is falling asleep) and it is really nasty! SHould I wash it? Don't want to take away whatever draws her to it so kinda torn. It stinks like old baby formula?

    I try to do it once a week. I pop the plush toys in the washer & the others in the sink or just wipe them down.
