I wondered when that would come back to bite me
Jealous? ?Well, no sh*t I'm jealous. ?I hate my job and WANT to stay home, of course I am lol
When I was on maternity leave I sent Sam to daycare 2-3 days a week so I could regain my sanity with Bryan - trust me, I'm not knocking anyone wah, sah, whatever, who has a sitter/nanny/cleaner/dog walker (ok I lied, if you stay home and can't let the dog out..that's just silly, but do what you will, I don't have a dog, I'm allergic to the things, and yes again I'm jealous, I want a Burmese Mtn dog like nobody's business, but I digress). ?
Mostly I think it was a) the fact that she stated it in 2 separate posts 5min apart from each other and b) I kept thinking about when she posted about the gardeners mowing in the rain and how she wouldn't go outside to ask them wtf they were doing, she made her dh do it. ?(and yes, I know, you said it was 'cause you don't speak Spanish - I can't help that I thought of it anyway) ?So, ffm/sarah popped in there.?

Kori - we all know you and know your sense of humor, including her, so we know you did not mean it maliciously. I swear, so much is lost over the internet.
I didn't see the OPs, but I have to say that FFM is probably the LEAST AWish person here.

don't worry about it... you're a really nice person, and it's FINE to be annoyed by things people say/do.
I mean, hell, we all get turned off by things people post on here. It's cool to vocalize it. It's better than posting it anonymously that's for sure.
I'm jealous of plenty of people on here. Some ladies have lots of motivation, others have more spending money than me, plenty of them have better taste in clothes, others have kids that sleep through the night, others are skinny, some have great jobs (which I envy on certain days), others SAH (which I envy on other days). . . the list goes on & on. I can think of something I'm jealous about for almost every nestie.
I'm SOOOOO freakin' jealous of all of the nesties who have family that lives close by & helps out. Seriously, I'm green with it. . . . would.love.that.
I don't think there's anything wrong with being jealous. For me at least, it's something I'd like to have in my life, end of story. But, there is always another side to the story, & I wouldn't trade my life to be skinny or to get more motivation. It's inspiring for me to hear about the way other people live.
Um. ?Sorry, but everyone in SoCal has a gardener; even the absolute dumps we looked at to rent came with a gardener included in the rent. ?It's part of the culture here, apparently. ?I think you'd be hard-pressed to find someone who lives in the greater LA area who doesn't have a gardener in some capacity. ?We've never had one before and we wouldn't have one if we had to pay for it out of pocket.?
Honestly, Kori, I have never had anything against you, but it sounds like you have me pegged as someone I'm not, and really, that's not fair. ?If you want to believe that I'm a spoiled housewife, have at it and knock yourself out. ?But you're wrong.?

I have family and a couple friends who live in CA, some around San Jose, some around San Diego, some around Culver City... only one who has landscapers/gardeners lives in an apartment. ?
I tried to explain why you popped into my head as fitting the description, it was from 3 posts out of how many??? ?Do I really have any clue what you're like? ?Nope. ?Just as you don't really know what I'm like - it goes both ways. ?And like I said the other day, a lot gets lost in translation over the internet, I know that as well as you do. ?If I'm wrong, well, I'm wrong and I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings. ?I'm probably wrong about what I think most of the nesties are like irl. ?And most are probably wrong about me, too. ?*shrug*?
Will I still be nice & talk to you on here? ?Yep. ?Why? ?Because I don't dislike you, I don't know you well enough to dislike or really like you, or anyone here for that matter. ?But I'm honest to a fault, and sometimes I stick my foot ankle deep into my mouth. ?
And I do hope you get pg with #2 soon, and that you carry to term, and you are all healthy.? And I"m sorry you had a, shall we say, uncomfortable acupuncture session today, really, that can't have been a nice way to spend half an hour. ?I hope it helps, though. ?
So - like it or lump it, I need to get some sleep, I'm sure DS will be yelling for me soon enough. ?
