So I finished eating my microwave cake

While it satisfied my craving, I don't think I'll make it again.  I didn't really like it, but I still managed to eat the whole thing Embarrassed

    I told DH about the cake and his exact words were, "It will ruin your craving for cake."  I am glad it was easy to make but the pictures didn't look too yummy.

    I forget who makes them (Duncan Hines, maybe) but I buy these 150 calorie chocolate lava and chocolate caramel microwave cakes at the store. They are pretty tasty,and you just mix in a couple TBS of water and microwave for 30 seconds.

    Requires some advance planning, but I keep them around the house for chocolate emergencies.

    Aw, I was going to try it one day. The Betty Crocker one is GOOD.
